I was away from home and needed emergency service late on a Friday, Richie was great about getting me checked in and into a loaner so I could continue my travels. I'd have no hesitation in using this dealer's services again. Contrary to the limited choice given below, the reason for my visit was to deal with a Recall Notice. They let me know that I was also eligible for an oil change, gratis, which I gratefully accepted.. Regarding the rating for "Quality of Work" requested below, it is too early to tell. Does seem fine, so far. More

DO NOT POST THIS Service/detail department is excellent. Salesperson, Melissa, was ok, did not always follow up with issues I was having (and continue to have) with t Service/detail department is excellent. Salesperson, Melissa, was ok, did not always follow up with issues I was having (and continue to have) with the technology. I would have preferred a more thorough run through/set up of all of the things in the car. The run through was done in a different car as my car needed to have a tow hitch installed and we tried to save time by doing the run through while my car was being worked on. Then I needed to make new appt to come back to have the tow hitch installed as I was not told it would take several hours and there was no loaner available for me. More

poor service department The salesman seemed ok. Didn't ask to speak to manager, but he brought him in anyway. Was having my 2016 Lexus repaired. They had promised me a loaner The salesman seemed ok.
