Chris was great to work with. I found him to be approachable and non-threatening. He LISTENED to what our needs/wants were and provided the needed information. He didn't try to "sell" the car wit approachable and non-threatening. He LISTENED to what our needs/wants were and provided the needed information. He didn't try to "sell" the car with a million stats, all the "cool" features and useless small talk. I find it important to "read" the customer. I'm a slight techy - Chris met that need. I also am very concerned about the safety of the vehicle - Chris met that need. I appreciated that if he didn't know an answer to my question, he admitted it AND then went and found the answer. Even after the sale, he's been good to make sure that we've been satisfied with our purchase and have all of our questions answered. This is especially nice with all of the complicated nav system features. Alex was also great to work with. He was straight forward with his answers and what he could/couldn't do for me. I came in pre-financed, but he found a financing option that worked out to be a better deal with me. Alex (and Chris) didn't try to "sell" me a financing option that would only benefit the dealership and end up costing me more. Big kudos. Finally - the last time I bought a new car from a dealership, I walked away feeling sick to my stomach. With Chris and Alex, I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of, nor did I feel that I was being manipulated. I understand that the goal of any dealership, like any business, is to make money. But, after driving off the lot, the purchase felt right. And I don't feel that I was taken advantage of. I will be recommending Chris and this dealership to a friend who is considering a new car purchase. Thanks to all of you for your help in buying our family car! More
