You want customers to place quality of dealer service over being cheap and going to a low cost provider - but everything I see lately from ownership says that you are super cheap so it cones across as hy over being cheap and going to a low cost provider - but everything I see lately from ownership says that you are super cheap so it cones across as hypothetical when you charge the rates you do but then insult me with a 5 dollar coupon in the mail (seriously?! - I get more than that from the grocery store…) and also pass along your credit card fee to me - which is the cost of doing business. Jimmy Ellis should be embarrassed by these amateur biz practices. This is NOT what I would expect from a Jim Ellis dealership. More
