Best of the best no pressure First off I can't thank chris enough, we found out that our other car needed repairs of almost $2500 last week and we don't have that kind of money ju First off I can't thank chris enough, we found out that our other car needed repairs of almost $2500 last week and we don't have that kind of money just laying around so we started shopping around for another vehicle and we went to a Kia dealership first and they tried to put us in something that my husband really didnt like, so then my husband mentioned sundance and i just felt like they were gonna be our last stop so I went in and i ran right into chris on the lot and explained the situation with Kia and everything and they have so many cars that were in our price range, the first one we picked out ended up being sold lol but man chris walked the lot with us until we found something that we liked and i felt really special because of youve ever been to the sundance lot out in grand ledge the lot is HUGE!! So for him to want to walk the lot with us just to pick out a car made me happy that was like a step above and beyond to me, he was very knowledgeable about everything, nothing felt forced and we picked out a truck that I absolutely love!!! I wasn't expecting the service that I got and customer service means everything to me, i mean I can't even tell you how many times I've went into a dealership and wasn't even greeted and i just left because it just didn't sit right but this dealership is amazing every time I saw an employee they checked to make sure that someone was assisting me, so I you need a car and you're thinking about sundance go and see chris queen hes honest and he's not pushy and he WILL find you something for your budget without feeling rushed or without being pushy, our entire experience was amazing!!! And I can't wait to go get my new truck today, I can't get off work soon enough lbvs oh and I can't forget to shout out JOSH in finance he got us a good deal and he was just really cool about everything he did a great job as well More

Great customer service We had a great experience at Sundance! We found the truck on their website and was put into contact with Chris Queen. We live over an hour away but Chris stayed late so he could show us the truck. During the test drive we noticed the brake light was on so Chris wrote a "we owe you" note to have it fixed at a later date. We just got it fixed today at no charge to us. Ray in the service department was really great to work with too. We were even given a rental car for the 2 days the truck was in the shop. This dealership really goes above and beyond to make their costumers happy. We will definitely be back. More
