Same day service! We called on our way to the dealership to inquire about the vehicle we were interested in. It was on another lot but Chris made sure it was brought ov We called on our way to the dealership to inquire about the vehicle we were interested in. It was on another lot but Chris made sure it was brought over for our arrival. This was perfect, it gave us time to get our paperwork started. My experience with Chris Chris was very good at responding when he was trying to sell me a car, but after that he never responded when I had important questions. My car came w Chris was very good at responding when he was trying to sell me a car, but after that he never responded when I had important questions. My car came with 1 key only which is a little ridiculous. I paid a lot of money for this car. Chris failed to tell me the car didn’t come with a 2nd key. I asked him if it did and he said “I’m not sure, I will check.” He never checked and when my car got delivered to me, there was no 2nd key. He told me he was going to send a key, well it’s a month later and I still do not have the key. When I confront him about the key, he gets very defensive or he does not respond. He is very rude and swears to his customers, which is very unprofessional. The car is great, but that’s the only positivity I have about this dealership. I would not recommend Chris to anyone. This is my first car purchase and it’s supposed to be a memorable experience and it has not been, which is very sad. Thanks Chris. More

Excellent In and out. Got all preapproved ahead of time and everything was a breaze. Test drove and signed. Chris answered all my questions to what i believe In and out.
