Had my Dodge Ram 2500 serviced there since I purchased it from Mt Ephraim. Service has been a pleasant experience with good work so far! Cost is about standard for dealerships but I prefer going where I know from Mt Ephraim. Service has been a pleasant experience with good work so far! Cost is about standard for dealerships but I prefer going where I know it will be done right by certified mechanics. Making an appointment is easy with there online site and they do keep track in there records and will remind you when you are usually due for service! I would definitely recommend Mt Ephraim for service if you need a place to go! More

Brought my Jeep in for an airbag light that wouldn’t go out, they were able to fix it. Service was fast and great, but somewhere in the repair the struck something and scratched my side rear panel and bump out, they were able to fix it. They don't care about you! This was my worst car buying experience ever. The salesman tried to sell me what he thought I needed instead of what I wanted. He ordered the wrong This was my worst car buying experience ever. The salesman tried to sell me what he thought I needed instead of what I wanted. He ordered the wrong truck and then tried to blame it on me. Wouldn't return my texts or messages. When I went to fill out paperwork, it had the wrong VIN#'s on them. Finally, when I went back to get my tags, I was charged $200 for a luxury tax that nobody told me about. When I asked about it, I was given sarcasm and defensive attitude by the sales manager. I've bought 3 vehicles from this dealership but I won't be buying a 4th. It's a shame that a dealership in my hometown would treat me, or anyone, this way. Very disappointed! More
