Chris Roderick was quick to understand my needs in a car, and wasn't afraid to tell me what he thought wouldn't work for me and my lifestyle/budget. He didn't beat around the bush or try to pressure me into buying anything I wasn't happy with... Every single person I had to talk to during the sale process was professional, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. JD worked on my loan with Chris but made sure to walk past & shake my hand. Jennifer helped beautifully with every question I had and concerns about my credit. I had to have my car in Service Wed for an onstar issues and Austin was super nice, extremely knowledge and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Tom Gill even walked up and said hello to me while I waited and thanked me for coming in. They had my car over night so I had to get a rental. Stephen who ran the rental counter was personable, quick, and helpful. All around this was a wonderful experience and I'm happy to have purchased my car from this dealership. HIGLY RECOMMEND ** More
