Above and beyond - 2 Cars purchased here! I first became aware of this dealership in the fall of 2017. In January 2018 I was assisting my son to locate his first automobile for purchase. I checked the website for Carl Black Hiram and found a car he like and made the 30 minute trip to take a look. I had spoken to Jeb Foster in the fall and asked for him this trip. We took the car for a test drive and the rest is history. Working with Chris Rodriguez and Jeb was great and the financing process was virtually painless. While there my wife and I even found a car we liked. Two weeks later we returned to the dealership, the car was still there so we decided to make a deal and purchased it. Regardless of any hiccups that may have arisen Chris and Jeb were there all the way and made the deals go smoothly. The days that both cars were delivered it was raining and they could not be detailed, however, Chris and Jeb made sure we brought them both back in for a detail - FANASTIC service! The team at Carl Black Hiram is SUPERB and we will definitely refer others to this dealership. We will be back in the future for any of our automobile needs. More

These folks treated my wife and I with the upmost respect. The staff at Carl Black never hesitated to negotiate the price on any of the vehicles my wife and I looked at. My wife and I dealt with several employee's there, Lance, great dealership manager at Carl Black, this man rolled out the red carpet for us. Chris, awesome finance director for Carl Black, this man bent over backwards for us, a great asset to this dealership along with the other two gentleman my wife and I dealt with, like Jeb and James, these two guys were awesome when it came down to selling the cars, neither one of these salesman never attempted to pressure either of us with the cars, they both offered and suggested for us to test drive all the cars we was interested in.
