I would advised the used car sales department that its the customers money not theirs. And noted that Wife and have excellent credit and could have bought any car on your lot . Dealership slipped in $4000 worth of warranties that i specifically said i didn’t want twice. It was a four hour ordeal. I wasn’t actually wanting to buy a car that day but because it was the last day of specifically said i didn’t want twice. It was a four hour ordeal. I wasn’t actually wanting to buy a car that day but because it was the last day of the month i was pressured. I wanted to come back the following day because I had my granddaughter with me. They told me it would be quick. Took 4 hours instead of 2 like they said by the time I left I was frazzled and needed to leave I was stranded because my husband had an appointment also….. just bad service overall. Though the next day it was removed it shouldn’t have been applied at all. I said no my husband said no and still was applied. I’m sure someone was hoping we would never notice. Just bad behavior from a grown man. Just watch yourself. Double and triple check everything. And then check again. More

They were busy so I understand the 2 hour wait for an oil change. The videos they sent were very helpful, however they removed my anti-glare coating on my rearview mirror so there’s no way for me to fix that change.
