Took care of my issues rather quickly and I was a walk in. I had a flat tire that happened several time with the car sitting in my garage. I brought the car in because I never got a warning that the tire was I had a flat tire that happened several time with the car sitting in my garage. I brought the car in because I never got a warning that the tire was flat or that it was low on air. They ended up replacing the tire and the sensor in the tire that reports the air pressure. I ended up walking in when I had some time and they were able to take care of everything quickly and efficiently. So far so good. It all starts with Matt and Sharon, the service advisors. They are helpful and friendly. The sitting area is small, but is comfortable and well stocked with snacks. So far, each of my jobs has been done on time and as promised. Cost is high. But i dont know if this has to do with price of volvo parts i appreciate their loaner service when vehicle is being repaired althoughi i have not tried to find out if that service is for all repairs or only for warranty service More
