Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

I’m not sure how this dealership has gotten as high of a rating as it has. I definitely do NOT recommend it. They have excessive dealer add-ons and they don’t support warranty claims against cosmetically de rating as it has. I definitely do NOT recommend it. They have excessive dealer add-ons and they don’t support warranty claims against cosmetically defective parts under the new vehicle warranty. I do, however, like Angie in finance. If anything, she’s the silver lining within this black cloud of a dealership. At least, that’s my experience. More
