Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

I Moved to this area 2 years and have been getting my Honda serviced there since and I couldn't be happier with the great staff and service. This time it was for a new set of tires. Great service, the gentleman was able to pull up & see our warranty, mentioned what is covered under it, and how long we would have it for. Whereas when we’ve mentioned our warranty before, the lady was our warranty, mentioned what is covered under it, and how long we would have it for. Whereas when we’ve mentioned our warranty before, the lady was rude and gave us a hard time about it. This time the gentleman who helped was great and informative. Told us what was going on with our vehicle and to call/come back if we had more issues. More
