Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Service appointment I am a loyal customer to FC Honda, I always get my repairs, tires, anything I can't do myself done there. I had to have $1500 repair performed on m I am a loyal customer to FC Honda, I always get my repairs, tires, anything I can't do myself done there. I had to have $1500 repair performed on my car...just a thought...when spending that much on one service appointment it would be nice to have a complimentary car wash or something to show appreciation for my loyal business. The people I deal with are super friendly. More

Terrific staff I’m currently dealing with my insurance company over a repair and the staff at Honda has been wonderful. Very caring and understanding and helpful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The mechanic actually came out when I first got there to talk with me. I used to go to Apple tree Honda and had numerous terrible experiences. Since I moved, I tried out Forest City and they were so professional and great, I no longer feel that way. I would recommend Honda of Forest City to anyone! More
