Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Staff was very friendly and full of knowledge on all asked questions. Staff even checked with me first on a tire rotation i thought i needed but said tires were where they needed to be and no need for a asked questions. Mechanics are good, but the service advisors need more training in my opinion, and the cashier is just flat out rude and grumpy. New Honda's use synthetic oil which lasts 10K miles, but they still recomm training in my opinion, and the cashier is just flat out rude and grumpy. New Honda's use synthetic oil which lasts 10K miles, but they still recommend you change the oil every 5K. They charge you for free tire rotation but then take it off later though you still pay tax on it. Multiple times I've had to ask the service advisor what a mechanic comment means and send them back to talk to the mechanic. More
