Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Hardest part of being a Technician is having to take your car in for service. We were on vacation, our front wheel bearing started to fail. I contacted a couple dealers but Chris and Forest City was able to car in for service. We were on vacation, our front wheel bearing started to fail. I contacted a couple dealers but Chris and Forest City was able to get us in the next morning. Thanks again for the quick fix and getting us back on the road for our Vacation!! More
