The cashiers, Susan and Grace, are always very friendly and make me feel appreciated for having my vehicles serviced at Royal GMC. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. The customer lounge is very comfortable with a nice variety of drinks, including fresh custom coffee and fresh pastries daily; it makes what little wait there is go by quickly. More
