I recently locked myself out of my car on a chilly day. I called Toyota care and they sent a service truck but somehow he never made it to me but cancelled and charged Toyota anyway. Since I’ve bought three called Toyota care and they sent a service truck but somehow he never made it to me but cancelled and charged Toyota anyway. Since I’ve bought three cars from Eric in a year I started texting him. As a friend simply complaining. As soon as he read message about what had just occurred and then the next about it was going to cost me $55 to Uber home and back with my spare key he called me and told me to hang tight a few more minutes he was working on someway to help me out. Let me tell you what. It wasn’t five minutes and he has a service driver headed to me in ft worth with a copy of my door key. They had made a copy there, and sent the sweetest man to me to unlock my door to get to my ignition key that was sitting in plain view in the drivers seat. Guess what else ? They gave me that copy. No charge. He had help from a very kind lady whose name I don’t remember. But these two class acts went above and beyond what I ever imagined. Just one more reason why I’ll go back to Eric and Family again and again. They definitely treated me like family Thank you again More

Best Experience Ever Buying a New Car! I discovered Family Toyota on the internet. Their website was easy to navigate and very informative. I quickly found the vehicle of my dreams. I am retired and live in a rural area with no Toyota dealerships nearby. They were all a substantial distance from where I live. Family Toyota of Burleson had the Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium model I was looking for. I made the hour drive to the dealership to see how they could help me. The drive was definitely worth it. After an initial visit to the outstanding and very helpful parts department, I was met in the showroom by Michael Moseley. Michael was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable about the Toyota products. Michael quickly found the vehicle I was looking for and accompanied me on a test drive. I was quickly sold on the vehicle and ready to deal. Michael and his sales manager worked with me to get the great deal I was looking for. There was no pressure or any of the other games that I had experienced in the past at other car dealerships. I drove home the same afternoon in a new, finely detailed Toyota 4Runner. Family Toyota of Burleson was a refreshing experience. I would recommend Michael Moseley and Family Toyota of Burleson to everyone who is looking to buy a Toyota. More
