After we had made a final decision, he worked with us on discussing pros and cons of pre-certification possibilities. He was low-key and a good listener rather than creating a high pressure sales experience. Can't say enough great things about Chris and the Service department. We got our car home and one of our dogs was "investigating" it and scraped the bumper. Chris had us bring the car, so he could see it, and hd offered a great solution. We are very happy with his care and service. More
