This was a positive and enjoyable car buying experience. My car of choice was not in Brandon and they worked to have one delivered from another dealer and the car is perfect. Car buying is not easy but I did not leave the dealership a frustrated mess even though I couldn’t make an immediate purchase ( no car on site yet.) Once the car came, the purchase was easy. The parts manager worked with me to get additional accessories scheduled for installation for the car, and it was easy, breezy through final paperwork with Chris in finance. it has been 33 days and my trade in has not been paid off. I am getting nasty phone calls from my finance company wondering when I am going to make a payment on a car I do not have. do not buy a car fro off. The first time I figured it was a mistake, twice no way. they are a rip off company that never returns your phone calls.
