With a complete Honda new car lineup and a fast moving extensive inventory of used Honda’s and many other makes they will do the right thing to find the best fit fit you and your family. This was my first time engaging with a Customer Service Manager instead of a salesman. How refreshing! I later met some actual salesman and was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to help even though I informed them my contact was Alex E. So, why am I so happy about finding this dealership? How many “salespeople “ can you trust? How many Car Dealerships can you say you trust? How many Financial Managers can you say you trust? How many are all at the same dealership? Brandon Honda is unique. Their goal is to do it right for you. They did for me and I started out looking for just a used car! Then I found out they offer a Lifetime Warranty on major components of not only new car purchases and leases BUT most all brands of used vehicles as well. I just won’t go to any car dealership anymore. Brandon Honda is MY car dealership! 2 days after my 2022 Odyssey lease, my daughter had driven here for a visit and after hearing our Brandon Honda experience wanted to go look at a used Audi SUV. That was one Of the few vehicles that was excluded from the Lifetime Warranty ☹️. She actually found a great 2021 Accord Sport that is fantastic! We are all extremely happy with our leases and what is even better about these Lifetime Warranty contracts are that they are good Nation wide at any accredited service repair and dealership. Alex E is the best! Truly caring and very knowledgeable about cars. The whole staff or at least the 7-10 people I have talked with at Brandon Honda are on the same page and that is YOU, the customer. They even have a very nice cafe as you will get hungry during the time spent there. Give them a look and you’d be hard pressed to find a better deal or people to deal with than Brandon Honda. 😃 More

This was a positive and enjoyable car buying experience. My car of choice was not in Brandon and they worked to have one delivered from another dealer and the car is perfect. Car buying is not easy but I did not leave the dealership a frustrated mess even though I couldn’t make an immediate purchase ( no car on site yet.) Once the car came, the purchase was easy. The parts manager worked with me to get additional accessories scheduled for installation for the car, and it was easy, breezy through final paperwork with Chris in finance. Thanks to all the team for listening to my input, working with me, and helping me buy a very beautiful Pilot. More
