While I am always cynical with a love/hate relationship when it comes to car dealerships, Ryan (service advisor) made sure the issue with my car was taken care. I had an extended warranty and he made sure it was honored saving me a lot of dollars. The dealership held my car for about 5 days, but that was okay since I had a Honda Accord Sedan as a loner. Thanks also to Chris Shotwell in (finance) for quickly finding my extended warranty paper and Joel (technician). Joel and I drove in the car so he can pin down the issue that wasn't easy to locate. Tiffany & Team were amazing We have been shopping around for a new vehicle for the past week and Brandon Honda was the last dealership we visited for a very good reason. Upon wal We have been shopping around for a new vehicle for the past week and Brandon Honda was the last dealership we visited for a very good reason. Upon walking in you are not assaulted by sales representatives, but you are actually greeted and treated with common courtesy. Tiffany made sure to move at our pace and answer all of our questions thoroughly without making us feel pressured. When it came time to look at the vehicles she was even more amazing showing us multiple different options and styles of the vehicle we were interested in. After we found our top choice we went on an amazing test drive. Tiffany took us around the block showing us all of the features while she was driving, from there we switched and got to play with all of the gadgets ourselves. By the end of the test drive we found ourselves in the dealership parking lot jamming out to 4 non blondes! The final part of the night was the section that you typically dread (the negotiations). Tiffany listened to where we needed to be financially and worked with us, her manager, and their in-house finance rep until we were able to come to a payment plan that my wife and I felt comfortable with. Because of Tiffany's amazing salesmanship, the amazing car, and the whole team being willing to accommodate our financial needs, we purchased our new 2020 Honda Civic EX Hatchback rather than the Toyota Corolla xse across the street (that we already had a deposit on). In short Thank you Tiffany and team so much, we could not be happier with our experience and purchase. p.s. Tiffany deserves a raise! More
