Great Experience Hector in Sales and Chris in Finance made my experience amazing! Hector was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. He Hector in Sales and Chris in Finance made my experience amazing! Hector was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, wanted, and what was actually possible, rather than wasting time showing me all sorts of vehicles that probably wouldn’t have been right for me. Once I got to finance with Chris, planning on signing a lease, he was able to renegotiate with the bank to get me approved for a purchase rather than a lease at the same monthly payment. He truly went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible. Not to mention being rushed finishing up the paperwork as I was late to work! I am very thankful for all their help in the purchase of my new Civic and I look forward to seeing them around the dealership the next 4 years as I have my Civic serviced under my extended warranty! More
