I called Brandon Honda and spoke to their Senior Sales Manager Will Shupe whom i had the pleasure of engaging the previous two times over when i purchased used cars from Brandon Honda and over the next 15 minutes got most details that helped me make up my mind over the car i would zero in in. Most of the decision was made over the phone which is a rare level of transparency in getting used car details. When I visited the dealership the following day with my family the car i wanted to buy was ready to be rolled out all formalities completed in two-three hours flat end to end. Will got me the best deal starting with getting me the car i wanted at a price i had in mind and got me approvals for a good price for my trade in and discounts on buying my third car from the dealership - all without a single discussion on pricing. I liked the fair and transparent and no hassle closure on the pricing. All the paperwork, approvals, finance coordination was neatly tied up by Will Shupe in quick turnaround and while i was also being cared for by him for my painful neck condition with a smartly designed ice pack organized by him!! My entire experience was literally pain free and actually a most pleasant experience! Last not the least the lightning speed with which finance manager Chris got me thru the dealer agreement paperwork on a busy Saturday afternoon all while engaging in a pleasant chat was quite amazing!! Its been my third most pleasant experience buying a car from the dealership and with the same Sales Manager Will in particular. More

Excellent Dealership I came in with my parents, to buy a new car on Friday April 5th, 2019. I had been chatting with Chris via online and text message. We arrived at the dealership fully prepared to get a good idea of pricing for a 2019 Honda Fit. When Chris came over he introduced us to Nick, who would help with the sale. We took a test drive and then came back to talk price. My Mom is always "fully prepared for battle" when buyin a new car, even more so in this case because she was paying for the car in full. Mom worked her magic and we bought the car that night. They also took my 2008 Fit as a trade in sight unseen. We then worked with Chris Shotwell in financing to take payment and sign all the paperwork. We were very impressed that when my Mom said "I do not want any BS and/or any surprise charges" that they broke everything down step by step without try to take advantage of her. (She has ended working with dealerships after 5 cars and 20 years because of how the salesman lied to her) Not the case at all at Brandon Honda. They took care of it all. Even took care of transfering my old tag to my new car so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. We a had a very good experience. More
