Major Service Concerns Addressed Ryan, the service advisor, listened to my concerns regarding the transmission, instead of disregarding my concerns, as I had been previously treated ( Ryan, the service advisor, listened to my concerns regarding the transmission, instead of disregarding my concerns, as I had been previously treated (including original purchase date of 8/2018). Ryan looked in the history of the Honda Pilot 2014, and found the transmission had never been serviced; although, Brandon Honda was listed (per Ryan) as the sole service provider. Therefore, they agreed to flush the system "free of charge". I was promised a spare key which they have finally agreed to follow through on their promise (after 7 months). I am still waiting to receive the key in my hands. I believe Ryan is not going to "drop the ball". Finally, my door lock problem and air conditioning unit was also a major concern upon the initial date of purchase. The door locks have once again been clicking throughout the duration of my drive for two days prior to the scheduled appointment. Ryan seemed to think of this as routine maintenance. I totally disagree... He stated that because it is used, this is routine and should be expected. He then gave me an estimate of approximately $386, which he reminded me that after my $250 deductible, they could help me. I didn't feel good about this. Although, the car was not purchased new, I had a great experience with the purchase, several years ago in Ohio, of a Honda Accord. It was 3 years old, and was delivered in great condition. The only regret I had was purchasing the dealer warranty... This was because I never had to use it. I had the vehicle serviced by the dealership, which included oil changes. I took great care of the vehicle, and in return, it took care of me. I sold the car with no problem, due to the need for a larger vehicle. I remember how proud I was to hand the new owner the maintenance invoices, along with a bittersweet feeling. I knew they were buying a great car (about 10 or 11 years old) for $4000. In conclusion, I desire a similar experience with a dealership that will treat the customer with utmost respect, and value their continued belief in the product purchased. More

Great Buying Experience I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot, and was very happy with everyone from Brandon Honda involved in the transaction. My salesperson, Sebastian Ber I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot, and was very happy with everyone from Brandon Honda involved in the transaction. My salesperson, Sebastian Bertrand, was extremely helpful. There was no pressure on his part, simply a sincere desire on his part to help me to find the car I wanted. He was knowledgeable and personable, and allowed both my wife and I to drive the Pilot and answer our numerous questions. Similarly, Chris Shotwell, the financial services manager, was able to put together a purchase plan tailored to our needs, and was exceedingly knowledgeable. Our purchase involved the service department, too, as we wanted the vehicle equipped with a hitch. Again, Carina Burr and everyone we interacted with were focused on addressing our needs completely. I have no title for this You did not live up to the ltr re trade in = the ltr led me to believe I would get more than I did receive. The ltr said I would get $1500 more for You did not live up to the ltr re trade in = the ltr led me to believe I would get more than I did receive. The ltr said I would get $1500 more for my trade in re black book value. all I got was $3500. The black book value was higher than that. $3100 to $5100 or there about. KBB value was even higher. More

Service to Purchase I brought my Honda CRv to Brandon for the 10k Service and while I was waiting, I wandered over to look at the new CRv to see what was new. I was app I brought my Honda CRv to Brandon for the 10k Service and while I was waiting, I wandered over to look at the new CRv to see what was new. I was approached by a Salesperson who made me an offer that was too good to refuse. I ended up driving home in my new 2019 CRv! Moral of this story is when you bring your car in for Service stay in the Service area- lol! More
