Kayla was AWESOME! LOVE MY NEW ODYSSEY :) I never knew buying a car could be so pleasant. Kayla Pikop listened (and we are very direct folks;) and then found me the van I always wanted right I never knew buying a car could be so pleasant. Ken Sidwell, manager, worked diligently to help us get to a price point with which we were satisfied. Everyone we came into contact at the dealership (including Aaliyah at the snack bar) was friendly and professional which eliminated the pit-in-your-stomach feeling I have had in the past at other dealerships. My new Honda Odyssey is amazing!!! More

Exceptional Buying Experience This past week, I helped my parents purchase a new 2017 Accord from Brandon Honda. I started by inquiring online, and within a few minutes was contac This past week, I helped my parents purchase a new 2017 Accord from Brandon Honda. I started by inquiring online, and within a few minutes was contacted by Priscilla Prates of the internet sales team. Priscilla understood that due to my parents age, we were not interested in coming to the dealership and spending hours haggling over price and trade value. We agreed to stop in and have their car appraised and to finalize color and equipment options they were looking for. This first visit was only around 45 minutes. From there, Priscilla and I were able to finalize the financial aspects of the deal via phone and arrange a time to come out and finalize the transaction in person. While the car was detailed, we sat with the financing department and were able to complete all the necessary paperwork in less than 20 minutes via a state of the art computer system that every car dealership should look into having. Priscilla then personally walked my Dad through every option on the car for more than an hour. Her understanding of our needs, her knowledge of the Honda product and her genuine commitment to customer care were outstanding. I would highly recommend Brandon Honda, and even more so, I would recommend asking to work with Priscilla if possible. This was by far the easiest and most stress free car purchase I have ever made. I told him right off the bat that I was looking at my options and not planning on buying that day. He respected my position and spent time informing me about the vehicles. After checking other manufacturers, I came back two days later to buy the 2016 NORTH AMERICAN CAR OF THE YEAR, HONDA CIVIC. Unfortunately, Robin was not working, so I dealt with another salesman, Hasan. He was also very good and had a lot of patience with me. The sales manager and the finance manager were great. I bought the EX-L model and couldn't be happier. I will definitely refer friends and family in the future. More

5th vehicle purcase My wife and I would like to share our buying experience with everyone. We have just purchased our fifth vehicle from this dealership an My wife and I would like to share our buying experience with everyone. We have just purchased our fifth vehicle from this dealership and are still in shock at how easy and pleasant the experience was. The first time we purchased a vehicle from this dealership set the standard. We were in an active bankruptcy at the time. I introduced myself to our sales person Mr. Robin Varghese and we made an immediate connection. Robin was very polite, kind and understanding of our situation. I explained to him what was going on and that I did not wish to waste his time or mine. He stated to me "sir, let me see what I can do, I will not waste your time". Working with him and Mr. Sharaz who was in the finance office at the time they setup up quickly and made a miracle happen! My wife drove out of there in a like new 2010 Honda Fit, she was ecstatic and in shock that she was actually able to get a vehicle. Next was my turn, I wanted a truck for work, I looked at other dealerships and was disappointed and upset. My wife said "go talk to Robin, he will take care of you". So we went and talked to Robin and now it was my turn to be happy, I drove out of there in a 2102 Toyota Tacoma with 50,000 miles, it looked like and drove like brand new! Next it was our grandson's turn to be amazed, we looked at a couple of different dealerships and were ready to "throw in the towel", again my wife says "go talk to Robin" and again he came through for us. He drove out of there in a Kia Forte that he absolutely loves and is great for him, his wife and two boys. By this time our Bankruptcy was discharged and we found out the Honda Fit had been included. There was no question, she said I think I want a different vehicle and I know exactly where I am going. Robin again took care of us and now she is very proud of her 2105 Honda CRV and she brags to all of her friend and family about the outstanding deal and service that she is receiving. And then comes number five purchased yesterday on 10/01/2016. I went there to satisfy my curiosity about the newly redesigned Honda Ridgeline. But while talking to Robin and he asked me what I was trading in, imagine my surprise when he mentions that he has just taken a vehicle in on a trade that I may interested in. That vehicle turned out to be a 2106 Toyota Tacoma SR5, four door V6. One look and I fell in love, did I mention that I was driving a 2012 Tacoma base model? This vehicle was a definite upgrade and though the Ridgeline is very nice looking vehicle, I am a Toyota guy. I had started the search for an upgraded truck by going to Stadium Toyota since I was looking for a Toyota. I also talked to Toyota of Tampa Bay about a used vehicle, no comparison, did not even come close! The sales and finance team at this dealership are above and beyond any we have found and we have lived in the Tampa bay area since I retired from the military in 1997. If anyone asks me about purchasing a vehicle, new or used, there is no hesitation, Brandon Honda and Robin Varghese. And besides who could not like a dealership who has such an adorable dog "Zeus" for a mascot? Seeing as we are dog lovers, we enjoyed meeting him. Michael & Gail Fiedler More

It's A Pleasures Doing Business With Brandon Honda We bought a 2017 Accord Hybrid Touring car from Brandon Honda on 9/15/2016, and this was at least the third (if not the 4th) car we have purchased fro We bought a 2017 Accord Hybrid Touring car from Brandon Honda on 9/15/2016, and this was at least the third (if not the 4th) car we have purchased from this dealership - and there are several reasons we keep returning. One reason is that we got a great car and a great deal. Another is the folks who work there know how to treat their customers. Grant Hocking, the Quality Assurance Manager, is super knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and exceptional at his job. Jerry Meany, who has previously sold us two cars, is now the Internet Manager, and he easily guided us through the features of our new vehicle before sending us to Chris, who did the paperwork with us. Buying this car was pretty painless compared with other car-buying experiences we have had at other dealerships. We have always had excellent service from Brandon Honda. They are really dedicated to making the customer happy - everyone at this dealership is very dedicated. We really can't recommend them highly enough. They deserve more than 5 stars! More
