Starting with an internet search and a phone conversation with Michael Cobb I felt immediately that I would be on great hands. Set an appointment to meet with Michael who was with another customer but I was taken care of by Ron Wright. Ron was a fantastic salesperson to deal with. He made what can be a very unpleasant and uneasy situation into one of the easiest and most pleasant purchases I've been through. Ron understood I was on a tight schedule and had me in and out within 2.5 hours. Ron is now wart I consider my go to car guy as he had a no pressure approach to is sale and he speaks to you on a personal levelI recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to go to Brandon Honda and ask for Ron... you will not be disappointed. Also a huge recommendation to Chris Shotwell in finance. Also knowing I was on a tight schedule and made sure the finance part was quick and easy. He even made an effort to set aside time in the afternoon for my wife to stop in and sign the paperwork. Overall great experience! Brandon Honda definitely is committed to customer first! More

Excellent car buying experience...!! I walked in skeptical if I was going to be able to get a car due to some issues I was trying to take care of with my credit. I was suprised to find th I walked in skeptical if I was going to be able to get a car due to some issues I was trying to take care of with my credit. I was suprised to find that the staff here at Brandon Honda would not give up on me until I was signing the papers. My experience started with Sal who from the start reassured me that he was goingto work hard for me and make sure that I got the best "bang for my buck." I let him know what I was able to do on my end as far as a downpayment and he just hit the ground running. With everything being so transparent with him it made the whole car buying experience so much more pleasant then my past experiences. I then talked to Dan who at first glance was a bit intimidated and thought I was going to the typical hustle that you always hear so much about from most dealerships. Following suit though, I sat with him and he laid everything out for me in terms I could actually understand which made me fel so much at ease. Once I agreed on the terms I was then brought to the finance department. Just like everyone else I was sure that this was where I was going to get taken advantage of. As soon as I met Chris though there was this sense of him not only knowing what he was doing but he went about it in the most professional yet direct way never at any point making me feel the least bit uneasy. I cant say enough about this purchase though! It never even seemed like they were working...It seemed more of a genuine concern that they all had from begining to end in order for me to be beyond satisfied with my new car! I never felt like a customer, I felt like family. I felt taken care of and will never forget the experience. The owner John Marazzi has an excellent "family" working here for him and he can be sure that he and the rest of the Brandon Honda family have my business for life.
