Overall, an great experience. I was looking to get out of my lease on my 2012 Chevy Cruze (too small for me) and into a small SUV or crossover. Justin Nooner and the sales manager, Rafat Alamawi couldn't ha my lease on my 2012 Chevy Cruze (too small for me) and into a small SUV or crossover. Justin Nooner and the sales manager, Rafat Alamawi couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. When the numbers didn't work for me on the Equinox, Justin didn't give up and went looking for a Chevy Captiva for me, and found one at Phillip's Lansing store a couple of days later. When I went back in to pick up the Captiva (which I absolutely love), Justin went over everything to make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle when I drove away. The only negative in the entire experience was my initial contact with the internet director, Chris Smith. He sent me a card to get me into the dealership and when I called him to confirm that they could get me out of my lease he specifically implied that I would be able to get out of the lease without rolling any negative equity into another vehicle...this ended up not being the case, and I really didn't appreciate the misrepresentation. More

Not only did they take care of all my transportation to and from the airport but also arranged the delivery transportation for my newly purchased car back to CA. Every person at Phillips with whom I spoke to over the phone came to welcome me when I arrived. Even after the sale, Chris and his team checked back frequently to make sure the car arrived safely and that I was happy, even expediting paperwork to my local DMV. The complete deal I got from Phillips -knowledge of car, customer focused service and even price - was unparalled by any dealer I worked with during the locating of my car. Even after the cost of airline tickets and delivery transportation were included in my decision, the total was better than my own local dealers! I will buy from Phillips and Chris again and I live thousands of miles away! Thanks Chris! Absolutely loving this car! More

Chris Smith was awesome. I flew in from Charlotte, NC and he was there waiting on me. Theu went out of their way and treated me with lunch.
