HORRIBLE! I have been to so many dealerships but Chris and the entire VW Chicago dealership was TRASH. He was rushing and forcing me to buy the car and made me I have been to so many dealerships but Chris and the entire VW Chicago dealership was TRASH. He was rushing and forcing me to buy the car and made me feel so uncomfortable as a woman. He could not even answer a simple question I had about the features in the car I had to go on my own and find it on google to show him. Not to mention he was answering calls from his family members the whole time we were sitting down in the chair and he literally would not let me get up and leave. I would recommend anyone else here except for him and anywhere. else except for VW dealership.... please please do yourself a favor! More
