Went for Service, Bought a New One! On Aug. 19, I took our 2012 Sienna in for regular service. Chris asked if we were interested in trading or selling it and I told him we might if the offer was right!. He brought Dan back to talk to me. They had the Sienna that my husband and I had looked at online after reading the email. Dan and I took it for a test drive. Chris and Dan were very patient with me as I tried to contact my husband and to make up my mind! When the offer was one I could accept, Dan was patient in completing all the paperwork. Chris went over the main features of the vehicle. After the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go, Chris even helped me move my belongings from the old van to the new one, and he set up the Bluetooth for me. We are enjoying the van very much! More

Chris spent 30-45 minutes orientation with all the features, controls and electronics of the new van and made sure my business sales contacts were fully functional in the phone system before I left the dealership. I have experienced the high pressure sales pitch with no negotiating at two other KY dealerships. This was the exact opposite. I don't think you could have a better buying experience than working with Chris Stewart at Frankfort Toyota. More
