I was at another dealership and my experience was nothing like the Coleman experience. Everyone at that dealership has your best interest at heart. Bottom line is Coleman GMC is the best. If other new car dealers worked this hard for my business I would have bought my new car from them. But they didn't. The Coleman dealership did all they could to earn my business. Bruce Gorelick was a pleasur I would have bought my new car from them. But they didn't. The Coleman dealership did all they could to earn my business. Bruce Gorelick was a pleasure to do business with. Bruce knows his product line. He searched and found the Encore I wanted with the features I wanted and got very close to the number I had in mind. And Chris Tandy made the visit to the finance office almost enjoyable. :) Bruce and Chris are both true pros who are excellent at every aspect of their jobs. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful - and I love my new Encore. More

Chris in financing is very pleasant and try's to make a long process as painless as possible. I was reffered by my Neighbor to go see Bruce and I was not at all disappointed. Knowing I owed to much on my current vehicle and that it had a lot of miles on top of an average, I was doubtful if I would be able to afford a trade in. Outstanding from start to finish Coleman really has their act together. I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, including three in the last three months and Coleman shines above Coleman really has their act together. I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, including three in the last three months and Coleman shines above all the rest. Most (all other) dealers simply dump you into their system and start sending generic emails immediately, but Coleman takes a more personal touch. I was contacted by a Lauren in Customer Care, who answered all of my questions and set me up for an appointment that evening with Jeanette. The 2017 Buick Enclave was waiting for us in front of the dealership when we arrived, already cooled so it would be comfortable when we got in. To make a long story short, we ended up not buying the 2017 CPO we inquired about, but instead purchased an impeccable CPO 2018 Enclave at an excellent price, thanks to Jeanette asking questions and looking through their inventory. Jeanette was patient, personable, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, at no time did we feel we were being "sold." She was responsive and honest each step of the way. Javier and Ed, sales managers were informative and honest, and even the dreaded finance manager was pleasant. Great experience! More
