No nonsense Martin was professional and did more for me as the consumer over the telephone than anyone else at any other dealership. In conclusion Martin is a stand up honest man who I will be seeing again in 3 yrs and also going to bring my fiancé in to get a lease from Martin! More

Mr. Ratzlaff Is The Man!!!😁 I went to Coleman’s on a late Saturday 5/19/19 and was greeted on the car lot by Pete. He was very familiar with all the inventory of cars on the lot I went to Coleman’s on a late Saturday 5/19/19 and was greeted on the car lot by Pete. He was very familiar with all the inventory of cars on the lot, which was very helpful!! I told him what car I was interested in, and on Tuesday 5/21/19, Pete who was off that day, made it happen!!!! Wow!!! What an incredible experience for me! This was my first time dealing with a certified car and the best experience ever!!! Salesman Pete Ratzlaff I came into Coleman's because I got a letter offering me a chance to get a 2019 car by trading in my 2017 Buick Encore. Did not know who would be the I came into Coleman's because I got a letter offering me a chance to get a 2019 car by trading in my 2017 Buick Encore. Did not know who would be the salesman to see me. They called up Pete Ratzlaff to greet me and that is when we first met. I have to say that Pete was great to me. Not a pushy car salesman which would have turned me off and I would not have bought a car from. He explained all my options about the deal Coleman was offering . Have to say that is the reason I bough the Buick Regal. He then set up my phone to the new car, explained how to set the garage door opener, and other features this car had. Also told me to write down any question I might have about the car when I come in to pick up y new plates.. I was very impressed with Pete and was glad he was my salesman.
