Salesman Pete Ratzlaff I came into Coleman's because I got a letter offering me a chance to get a 2019 car by trading in my 2017 Buick Encore. They called up Pete Ratzlaff to greet me and that is when we first met. I have to say that Pete was great to me. Not a pushy car salesman which would have turned me off and I would not have bought a car from. He explained all my options about the deal Coleman was offering . Have to say that is the reason I bough the Buick Regal. He then set up my phone to the new car, explained how to set the garage door opener, and other features this car had. Also told me to write down any question I might have about the car when I come in to pick up y new plates.. I was very impressed with Pete and was glad he was my salesman.
