Best Possible First New Car Buying Experience I started out knowing exactly what I was looking for so I just needed to find the best price in my area. After a few weeks of searching all the Honda I started out knowing exactly what I was looking for so I just needed to find the best price in my area. After a few weeks of searching all the Honda dealership inventories in about a 60 mile radius, I found Manly Honda. They offered me a price $1000 cheaper than where I was initially considering buying my car, plus delivery to my home was included in the price. I knew then that I wanted to get my car from Manly. Although I was decided and ready to buy from when I first contacted, Chris never pushed any decisions on me or tried to upsell me or tell me to “get it before someone else does because it’s such a good deal” as I was told by another dealer. The car I viewed on their website had actually sold but they set me up with a brand new one that was coming to the dealer straight off the truck which was really nice. They worked with me to get better financing than they originally had quoted me and brought the car right to me. I am so glad I chose to buy from Manly I don’t think it could have been so smooth anywhere else. The actual inspection and delivery of the car took longer than I would have liked but I understand that they are still dealing with the after math of recent wildfires in the area and I thank Chris for still doing everything in his power to get me my car as soon as possible. My only suggestion is to be more transparent on the break down of payment. Because I purchased this car without ever visiting the dealer, I didn’t know the line item charges I was just told my interest rate and monthly payment until I asked for the breakdown. It also wasn’t made clear to me where my loan was through until I asked after receiving my car. These are just good things to keep buyers in the know of. Overall my experience at Manly was fantastic and I would recommend anyone to buy a car here. More

On-Line Great Find! Three days ago, I decided to replace my long time Daily Driver with a comfortable car. I bought a "slightly used" 2018 Cadillac XTS from Manly Honda Three days ago, I decided to replace my long time Daily Driver with a comfortable car. I bought a "slightly used" 2018 Cadillac XTS from Manly Honda Used Cars. The car was serviced and detailed by Manly's Service Department. It runs like a Swiss watch, and looks great. Their Internet Sales Rep, Chris Tara-Browne, closed this sale without ever meeting with me. We discussed price. He responded to my invitation to offer the Dealership's best "Out The Door" deal. He came in with a very acceptable offer. I provided a Cashier's Cheque. Paul generated the required paperwork The folks at Manly Honda are consummate professionals. I couldn't be more satisfied with price, service and the product they offer. More

Above and beyond customer service! We did a lot of research on many brands of cars. Settled on the Accord Hybrid due to the full features it offers. We contacted Chris Tara-Browne at Manly Honda even though we no longer live in the area because we purchased our last car at Manly 15 years ago. We were looking for a color that was very hard to find. Chris was able to do a dealer trade for us and had the car there even on a weekend since we had a very small window of time to purchase a vehicle. All went surprisingly smoothly and worked out perfectly! Our only complaint was the many hours of paperwork at the dealership Including full loan apps, references etc when we weren't financing the car. I found this completely unnecessary and very annoying. Credit score, ok but not the rest of it for a cash sale. This was not Chris's fault of course. It's some kind of a dealership polic I guess. So beware of that. Otherwise great experience! More

They went out of their way to provide a great experience It all started on the internet. They had a car that matched everything I wanted. Instead of purchasing the same car from CarMax, my son searched for a It all started on the internet. They had a car that matched everything I wanted. Instead of purchasing the same car from CarMax, my son searched for a car with a better price and he found it at Manly. We inquired about the car and Chris Tara-Brown sent me a personalized video. I was a little gun shy because I didn’t want to deal with purchasing a new car. You know with aggressive sales people and finance guys going back and forth....I wasn’t looking forward to any of it. But Chris happened. He was very transparent full of energy not promising anything unreasonable, and gently direct. He stayed with us until the deal was done and we signed papers with Dave Sambad. Dave was also very transparent, and knew what he was doing. He even gave my son, who was going on an interview, advice on how to get a mysterious smudge from his suit; while we were signing the paperwork. Believe it or not I had to come back a couple days later because the banks wouldn’t approve the loan, which was more my fault than theirs. So they figure out a way to get me financed and with a better deal than when I left the first time. Enter Tom Hinsheld who used their their reputation, experience, and connections from being in business for so long, to get me financed at a lower interest rate. I did have to come back in but they all made it worth it. The day I returned Chris was off but his wife, Svetlana Tara-Brown, stepped in and handled us ever so carefully. I’ve already told a couple of people about them and wouldn’t hesitate to refer all of my friends and family. More
