I took my F-150 hybrid there, again, because of another check engine light. I just Got it out of the shop on Saturday morning for a check engine light for transmission, and was told they changed the batte check engine light. I just Got it out of the shop on Saturday morning for a check engine light for transmission, and was told they changed the battery and reprogrammed the computer. Obviously they didn’t check the transmission at all, because another transmission light came on. This time they took it for five minutes and just reprogrammed the computer. They knew I needed not had 50 miles left on my warranty, and DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM! So…I promptly took the truck and traded it in! I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD EVER! And I will steer every single person I know away from this dealership and their poor customer service! More
