Bought a car from Jim Hudson Ford and had to have it towed back to the dealership the next day. They car was 3 years old and had 25,000 miles on it. They are unable to diagnose the issue and six months towed back to the dealership the next day. They car was 3 years old and had 25,000 miles on it. They are unable to diagnose the issue and six months later still cannot fix the issue. Jim Hudson Ford has offered nothing to help me and I am stuck with an unreliable car. Do not do business with this dealership. The service center is equally as bad as sales. I will never purchase a Ford again and will certainly never do business with any Jim Hudson Dealership. More

I was told before the service was rendered that it would be covered by my auto warranty. When it was all said and done, it was over $600. The rep gave me a "great discount" of about $30, but it was still be covered by my auto warranty. When it was all said and done, it was over $600.
