Excellent sales support, my only concern is that we were charged $562.50 for (New Plates/Transfer/In Transit) and an additional $175 for App for Registration and Certificate of Title. The actual fees that charged $562.50 for (New Plates/Transfer/In Transit) and an additional $175 for App for Registration and Certificate of Title. The actual fees that I can see should have been $184.50. Chris Trois stated that this was an estimation and that any overpayment would be returned to us in the form of a check. I'm anxiously awaiting our refund of $553.00. More

I felt poorly treated. .Newly owned with same old bad service as usual. My car had a RECALLED due to a problem with the air bag and couldn't pass inspection the only reaso .Newly owned with same old bad service as usual. My car had a RECALLED due to a problem with the air bag and couldn't pass inspection the only reason i gave them a chance ..so disappointed I waited for 45 days for the appointment 😩 then my car never got service neater inspected.really hard to get them on the phone even though they have about 7 representatives in the service department that keep on passing the ball around. .poor service from Tom Mallie and Katrina Casaia...Next time I will try Dodge Jeep Ramsey in RT 17 in Jearsy .not the fastest service but I know they are reliable. My car never got inspected and i had to deal with that on my own and I got the feeling that the air bag issue never was solved..wasted time and money got to pay them $270 at the end..avoid them if you can. It will be a costly mistake. They also played games with receiving a text message that you have to reply in order to authorize services that you dont need and recurring in over charges...if you looking for an oil change in your Jeep go to Valvoline and your car will be safer..
