Chris coordinated getting my 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT serviced, along with keeping me in the loop time wise. He coordinated with having my infotainment updated Due to a problem and also my four wheels had a sticky residue from delivery and Richard and Ray from the detail department spend about an hour removing the sticky residue from my the wheels. Everyone at Tucson Subaru makes you feel like family. Moving from Vermont in 2015 my previous 2014 Subaru Outback Limited had been purchased and serviced at Burlington Subaru. A much smaller dealership, yet I feel the service and professionalism I receive from a very large dealership, tucson Subaru, has that small town vibe.
