Fantastic, courteous, professional service with a smile. Chris Valencia went way above and beyond in making my service visit an excellent experience! Chris coordinated getting my 2020 Subaru Outback Tourin Chris Valencia went way above and beyond in making my service visit an excellent experience! Chris coordinated getting my 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT serviced, along with keeping me in the loop time wise. He coordinated with having my infotainment updated Due to a problem and also my four wheels had a sticky residue from delivery and Richard and Ray from the detail department spend about an hour removing the sticky residue from my the wheels. Everyone at Tucson Subaru makes you feel like family. Moving from Vermont in 2015 my previous 2014 Subaru Outback Limited had been purchased and serviced at Burlington Subaru. A much smaller dealership, yet I feel the service and professionalism I receive from a very large dealership, tucson Subaru, has that small town vibe. Chris explained the service my car would receive and what service would possibly be needed in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Scheduled service on 2018 Outback. Busy dealership, even at 7:30 AM. They got me in as scheduled and got me out, less than an hour later -- as promised. Friendly and professional.
