I am extremely pleased with my service writer John. He went above and beyond to get the part that was needed to fix my car. It is actions like these that make me feel like I am truly valued. Actually, He went above and beyond to get the part that was needed to fix my car. It is actions like these that make me feel like I am truly valued. Actually, I am please with the whole staff at AutoStart Jeep. Even the new sales manager Jason Davis who called me to let me know he would work with me in anyway he could if I decided to trade my car. AutoStar went a long way in moving me to be a repeat customer for service and for my new car needs. I had been a loyal customer of my CDRJ dealer (Hayes) in Georgia for over 20 years. They always treated me like family. I was afraid that I would not find that kind of relationship again. However, I must say those fear have been put to rest by people like John and Brian, Kayleigh and Courtney and also by the new sales manager Jason. Thank you More

I have nothing but praise for Chris Waters and your service department. Chris went above and beyond in handling an unusual service situation for our RAM Promaster van. We had a slow coolant leak result service department. Chris went above and beyond in handling an unusual service situation for our RAM Promaster van. We had a slow coolant leak resulting from an extension to the coolant line done by the RV upfitter, from whose dealer we bought the vehicle. The RV dealer(s) did not have the expertise or equipment to service the RAM chassis, but the faulty part was not a RAM part. Chris was willing to accept the challenge of dealing with the RV manufacturer to obtain the necessary part and then having your service tech(s) perform the repair. Thank you! More
