I made an appointment 3 weeks out, drove an hour, left it early for my 10 am appointment and waited until almost 4 pm to pick it up. They hadn’t even started the service. No apology. I was told they were bus early for my 10 am appointment and waited until almost 4 pm to pick it up. They hadn’t even started the service. No apology. I was told they were busy. Only when I got upset and asked for a manager did I get an apology, discount and a free rental. I called the next morning an hour after they opened for a pickup time. I was told 12:30-1. Only in a dire emergency would I ever go back there for service or to purchase. To me, no accountability for their actions is a sign of poor integrity. More
