WORST car buying experience ever. The salesman was the very definition of “Used Car Salesman” with his slick tactics, high pressure, and statements that turned out to be untrue. DO NO The salesman was the very definition of “Used Car Salesman” with his slick tactics, high pressure, and statements that turned out to be untrue. DO NOT purchase a vehicle without getting the Experian AutoCheck Report from them first! CarFax is touted as the industry standard, but the Experian report shows more history and WILL impact your ability to trade the vehicle in down the road. Not knowing that cost us thousands of dollars because Elco gave us the CarFax report but not the Experian report (which they DO have access to). CarMax offered us $19,000 for the vehicle we purchased from Elco for $29,490 just six months ago, because the Experian report shows severe structural damage to the car 2 years ago. TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS DIFFERENCE. We decided to trade it in to get something with a lower monthly payment and thankfully a different dealership worked with us to find a wholesale buyer who offered $24,000. When I called Elco to talk to them about the situation, the sales manager just told me "That's a ton of money, more than you probably should have gotten even with the damage on the report." So used vehicles devalue by $5,000 in 6 months?? Untrustworthy and unscrupulous. "Slimy used car salesmen" indeed. More

Well I stopped in to see what you guys had. My daughter has bought her 2021 Tahoe from you guys and she pushed me to going to you guys to buy a vehicle. I just forgot to tell Jim that.
