I had a great experience here. It started with me dropping off my old VW for service and ended with me taking home a brand new Jetta a few days later. Chris from the service department was great, dropping off my old VW for service and ended with me taking home a brand new Jetta a few days later. Chris from the service department was great, him giving me a loaner is what sold me on the new car. His communication from when I dropped my car off up to when I picked the new car up was great. Greg and Carlo were also great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. As far as the dealership itself I think it was very welcoming and clean. Will recommended for anyone looking for a new or used car. Will also be going back for each and every service need I have. More

Figured out my problem and had it fixed in reasonable time. Updated me often along the way, told me honestly that some items could wait until next 10,000 mile service which I appreciate instead of being time.
