It takes way too long to get a simple service done like an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced… appointment was at 11AM didn’t leave until 3PM … 4 hours is crazy! You have to wait there because t an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced… appointment was at 11AM didn’t leave until 3PM … 4 hours is crazy! You have to wait there because they don’t provide loaner cars. Not very time friendly. More
