I help with my service to my vehicle however I was very disappointed with the services prior to this one because I had my break done and it was never done. I had to come back to get it done. Service center is extremely unprofessional. Customer service is poor. Team members are on the phone constantly once you arrive to the service lane. There is a lady who asks if you need help and Customer service is poor. Team members are on the phone constantly once you arrive to the service lane. There is a lady who asks if you need help and makes sure to mention how the other male team members do not come to help because “they are on their phones.” First visit one team member used foul language against this team member lady just mentioned above. I only go to this dealership due to location convenience but honestly I rather take the drive to Tropical Chevrolet. More
