Your service writer Chris was great. Your phone system is TERRIBLE. Half of my phone calls were never answered. Your Fax system needs a review. Tried occasions over two days to fax my cr Your phone system is TERRIBLE. Half of my phone calls were never answered. Your Fax system needs a review. Tried occasions over two days to fax my credit card authorization. The one time it successfully transmitted. NO one received it according to the service department. Why don't you have a cashier that handles payments? I was given three different fax numbers to fax to. None of them worked! Email is not a secure method to transmit credit card info so a working fax number and a department that handles payments would sure be an improvement. Hire more folks to answer phones too would nice. Thanks More
