Delivered as promised First time buying new could be stressful and bumpy experience. At Advantage it wasn’t bad at all. I wanted specific trim with specific packages. Rating my visit Purchasing my first vehicle was supposed to be fun. I was not the priority from the begin to the end of this process. I was shown a model on the highe Purchasing my first vehicle was supposed to be fun. I was not the priority from the begin to the end of this process. I was shown a model on the higher end of my budget which ended up being over my budget. If not for my credit union I would have been car-less because proper paperwork was not submitted on Toyota's behalf. I signed a dual contract and now I have two car loans on my credit report. Getting in contact with someone to try and fix this was also a nightmare. Definitely ruined my first car buying experience. More

Too focus on you spending the most rather than what is best There is lots of room for improvement. Too much time spent seeking approvals and dragging me along.
