Always professional pleasant n fair. I have been going here for over 11 years n never had a problem so far. They give me a loaner if I need one or take me n drop me off n pick me up If needed. Did not get a call that the car was completed, I had to call you, service department did not know what was included with the hitch, I was told that the wiring harness was to be the square type, that was n call you, service department did not know what was included with the hitch, I was told that the wiring harness was to be the square type, that was not the case after the kit was installed. I should have been made aware that I need to change the wire harness in my trailer. I can live with that but being made informed would have been better. After 30 minutes we were able to work out the details as what I still needed to properly hook up my trailer. Your service folks need to work on vehicle knowledge and be a little better prepared. Over all not bad experience. I just expect a lot when I spend 1000 dollars. More
