I called and spoke to a service representative. I asked if they still provide the complimentary AAA safety check. They said they did and they can perform a nulti-point inspection as well. I aske I asked if they still provide the complimentary AAA safety check. They said they did and they can perform a nulti-point inspection as well. I asked if they could do it all the same day and was told, yes, and to feel free to stop out anytime. I drove there within the hour, pulled in to the service area, checked in and within 45 minutes my truck was ready to go. Fortunately, no issues or concerns were identified. A video of the inspection was provided which I thought was very nice. I received the service paperwork, my key fob, and I was out the door! A very pleasant experience all-in-all! More

Was able to get in quickly to have techs look at underside of car for noise. Problem fixed and on my way faster than I anticipated. To my knowledge this dealership do not have customer loaner cars, yes, dead electrical problem happened on weekend, dealership did not stock battery for this jeep. Per looking up problem on pc, seems it loaner cars, yes, dead electrical problem happened on weekend, dealership did not stock battery for this jeep.
