Dealership was great until you got a new service manager. Not only do I have to go to a different dealership everytime I deal with this manager (was previous manager at mile high Acura) because he’s too inco Not only do I have to go to a different dealership everytime I deal with this manager (was previous manager at mile high Acura) because he’s too incompetent to fix my brand new car. But he never returns calls, and not to mention I specifically mentioned not to rotate my tires because I have a staggered set of wheels (I shouldn’t even have to mention that, as a certified technician you should be able to see/read) and you guys STILL rotated them anyway. I’d get better service from jiffy lube, absolutely ridiculous for a $50,000 car. More

Chris was incredibly helpful and tenacious in finding a solution to an unusual noise that was coming from the driver's side hood of my vehicle. Chris Zimmerman went out of his way to help us with a dead battery. He sent tech, Alexander, to our house with a new battery and in 5 minutes we were good to go!
