I test drove a car and wanted to purchase that specific vehicle. However, when I went to finalize the contract, they replaced the chosen car with another one without any prior notification. This experience feels like deceptive sales practices! Additionally, I felt pressured to buy an extended warranty multiple times. Also they didn't even provide me with a second car key. Although they apologized for this, it adds to the overall unprofessionalism. I'm seriously considering sharing this experience on Google and other consumer platforms to raise awareness! More
