Extremely disappointed. Great salesperson then we t down hill from there. Drove 1 hour because of selection purchased a new top of the line telluride and ended up paying m Great salesperson then we t down hill from there. Drove 1 hour because of selection purchased a new top of the line telluride and ended up paying more than I agreed to but didn’t realize it till I printed out my paperwork. When I returned to address it was, sorry! Really? I only do business w those who are trustworthy. No recommendations here for further buisness. Will be sending some more paperwork to voice my complaints. Not only that, was told certain things had been done on my car that I was charged for only to discover when I got home that they hadn’t been done as promised. Shady. Watch it, be careful and beware. I hate to say that. No more car buying from greenway Kia west unless….have had several people ask, where did we get the telluride? You will end up losing in the end. Sorry I can’t be more positive More

Poor experience. Invested a lot of money in a new top of the line telluride. I traveled over an hour to greenway Kia west because of the selection. I was promised discounts only for them to Renig on the offers but didn’t find out till after getting home and printing out paperwork. I am a trustworthy person and expect the same of others I do business with. In no way can I recommend others to do business w greenway Kia west. I’m saddened over this. Watch the paperwork process. Don’t believe anything you are told and just because your salesperson brings you a final agreement, don’t be surprised to later on find it wasn’t honored. But you may not find that out till afterwards because your paperwork is on a flash drive. Best to find a dealership you can trust. Worst car buying experience to this point in my 60 years of doing business. Best to just stay away More

I dropped my vehicle off for service and from the moment I dropped it off I received support. From Elizabeth (Liz) to the technician. My service was awesome. After calling numerous other dealerships about the availability of a specific model, I was informed that it was at their lot. However when I arrived, I was told that unfortunately it was not. My sales availability of a specific model, I was informed that it was at their lot. However when I arrived, I was told that unfortunately it was not. My sales person (Chrissie) ended up giving me a good deal on an upgrade of my original choice so it turned out that I left in a better mood. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating if it weren't for the misinformation/communication. More
